Rugby Union is a team sport where 2 teams, each comprising of 15 players play against each other over an 80 minute period, consisting of 2 halves of 40 minutes each. The objective of a game is for each team to try to outscore the other teams in terms of points scored.
While a typical game of rugby consists of 80 minutes, there are variants of the game, such as the Rugby Sevens where only 7 players represent each team and the game lasts 15 minutes. This is a much faster version of the game than the usual Rugby Union matches.
